*As soon as we receive your contracted acceptance of our standard sole agency terms for either selling or letting and confirmation that you have followed Energy Performance Certificate regulations, we will pay you the sum of £150.00 or £100.00 in the case of a letting. Marketing for the complete agency period is required as a minimum, with a Board erected. If the sole agency terms are breached or we are prevented from marketing the property in any way, the full monies must be returned to the issuing agent.
